From the moment I knew divorce was in my future, I understood that PREPARATION WAS THE KEY.   I was dealing in a scenario that met all the "key indicators" of being High-Conflict.  I made educating myself (as well as my team around me), my number one priority. I couldn't have successfully gone to battle, if I didn't understand who and what I was fighting against.

I spent over a decade educating myself on how to protect myself and my children.  Much to my surprise, I found that having the right MINDSET WAS MOST IMPORTANT! Given that my battle was far worse than my wildest dreams, I cannot imagine how things might have turned out without the knowledge I had gained, and the new mindset I implemented.

High-Conflict divorce is NOT just a divorce, it is THE BATTLE OF A LIFETIME! It can leave behind wreckage that can sometimes never be repaired.  There are no second chances.
